Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Report any unauthorized access to your account to 346 immediately.
Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
Please update your account profile promptly if your personal information changes. 346 is not responsible for payment delays caused by outdated information.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including any use by third parties.
Platform Usage Restrictions
346 expects the following conduct from its users. Any prohibited activity will be met with strict action.
- No fraudulent or unlawful activity is permitted on the platform.
- The use of automated scripts, bots, or any artificial means to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
- Collecting other users' account information or harassing them in any way is strictly prohibited.
- Using or distributing any content that infringes 346's intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to fix the outcome of a match or game will result in immediate account closure and legal action.
Violating any of the above rules may result in 346 suspending or permanently closing your account without prior notice, and 346 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on 346 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Important Payment Terms
- Deposit Confirmation: Successful deposits will be credited to your account once processed. In the event of a failed transaction, the payment provider's policy will apply.
- Withdrawal Timeframe: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours after verification. Delays may occur if the verification process is incomplete.
- Currency & Conversion: All transactions on 346 are displayed in ৳ (BDT). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to applicable exchange rates.
- Suspicious Transactions: 346 reserves the right to temporarily suspend and investigate any transactions deemed fraudulent or suspicious.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
346 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions or platform rules.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or system abuse.
- Voluntary account closure at the user's request.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
346 will attempt to notify users by email before closing an account; however, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.
